Terms and Conditions for Chrome Stream Services

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services. By accessing or using any part of the site or services provided by Chrome Stream, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Introduction: Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Chrome Stream website, located at chromestream.com and any related services provided by Chrome Stream, a car wash and detailing service based in Dallas, TX. By using our website or booking an appointment for our services, you signify your acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our website or services.

2. Service Policies: Appointments, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

  • 2.1 Appointment Booking: All services require an appointment. Walk-ins are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Booking can be done via our website or by calling (214) 748-6933.
  • 2.2 Cancellation & Rescheduling: We understand that schedules can change. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
  • 2.3 Arrival Time: Clients are requested to arrive at their scheduled appointment time. A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed. Arriving later than 15 minutes may result in a shortened service duration or rescheduling, potentially incurring a fee, to avoid disrupting subsequent appointments.

3. Customer Responsibility

  • 3.1 Personal Belongings: It is the customer's sole responsibility to remove all personal belongings, valuables, and trash from their vehicle prior to the service. Chrome Stream is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items left inside the vehicle.
  • 3.2 Pre-existing Damage: Prior to any service, Chrome Stream will conduct a brief inspection of the vehicle for pre-existing damage. By proceeding with the service, you acknowledge that you are aware of any noted issues. Chrome Stream is not liable for enhancing or exacerbating pre-existing damage unless directly caused by our negligence.
  • 3.3 Vehicle Condition: For optimal results and safety, please ensure your vehicle is accessible and any aftermarket installations (e.g., custom alarms, tinting) are properly secured and suitable for detailing processes. Inform us of any special considerations.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • 4.1 Quotes: All price quotes provided are estimates. Final pricing may vary based on the vehicle's condition, size, and specific service requirements. Any significant discrepancies will be communicated and agreed upon before work commences.
  • 4.2 Payment Terms: Full payment is due upon completion of services. We accept major credit cards and debit cards.
  • 4.3 State Sales Tax: All services are subject to applicable Texas state sales tax.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Chrome Stream, its owners, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

The Chrome Stream website and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Chrome Stream and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Chrome Stream.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
